BIOEMTECH presents the first bioluminescence images of φ-eye!!
BIOEMTECH presents the first bioluminescence images of φ-eye!! 3mg of D-luciferin in 200ul saline (VivoGlo Luciferin) were administered intraperitoneally (IP). Imaging was performed at Day 10 after the inoculation of 10^6 U87MG-Luc2 cells. We are happy that φ-eye extends its capabilities and can now support bioluminescence, as well as more demanding fluorescence applications, maintaining BIOEMTECH unique features in terms of size, cost, and simplicity!
