As 2025 comes to an end, we did what we do every year: on December 17, the BIOEMTECH team came together, everyone in the same room, for a full day.
This is more than a tradition. It is a chance to share experiences, surface bottlenecks, and reconnect across the company.
This year’s meeting had everything:
- A review of each unit’s achievements over the past year
- Intra-team discussion panels, helping everyone understand what’s happening beyond their day-to-day
- A look back at last year’s KPIs and a clear plan for the new ones
- Inspiring talks on why we choose to be part of BIOEMTECH, and the challenges ahead
- A renewed commitment to quality, clarity, and consistency so we can keep embracing scientists translate ideas into outcomes.
And of course, after the last slide, we all had some time to relax, catch up, and simply talk during lunch.
