This presentation shows the capabilities of the β-eye™ preclinical PET system for metabolic imaging, highlighting its suitability for whole-body studies. Through a series of case studies, including tumor metabolism with [¹⁸F]FDG, skeletal imaging with [¹⁸F]NaF, cardiac metabolism in myocardial infarction models, and advanced in-ovo imaging, it is demonstrated how real-time PET enables quantitative assessment of disease mechanisms, therapy response, and radiotracer pharmacokinetics. The results highlight the value of metabolic PET as a powerful, non-invasive tool that supports translational research, and accelerates preclinical drug development.
