“Radiochemistry and preclinical imaging workflow for tracking ²²⁵Ac-daughter emissions in targeted oncology models”
As Actinium-225 continues to gain interest in RadioLigand Therapy, establishing reliable methods to monitor its daughter emissions 𝑖𝑛 𝑣𝑖𝑣𝑜 is becoming increasingly important.
Our approach combines radiochemistry and preclinical imaging to address exactly that. Enabling tracking and interpretation of ²²⁵Ac biodistribution, even at low injected doses and short acquisition times, supported by extensive development of imaging approaches tailored to Actinium-225.
