After a successful labelling optimization, kinetic stabilities are performed under different conditions (temperature, solvents) for a time appropriate to the radioisotope used and the experiments that will follow. In this way, we can inspect that the radiolabelled substances are stable at conditions similar to the ones that will be used both in vitro and in vivo
