U87MG-Luc2 cells in vivo imaging
within first 30 min

Mouse 1:

  • 3 mg of D-luciferin in 200ul saline ( VivoGlo Luciferin) were administered
    intraperitonealy (IP)
  • Imaging was performed at Day 10 after the inoculation of 10^6 U87MG Luc2 cells
